The largest residence at Marmotta Culm, laid out over two floors. The main living room, dining table and kitchen sit on the upper level; a second sitting room and three of the four bedrooms are on the lower. Two social spaces, not one — which matters when there are eight of you and not everyone wants the same evening.
The upper living room runs out onto the longest private balcony at Culm, straight over the piste. The roof beams overhead are the building’s originals, restored. Downstairs is quieter and more traditional — thick alpine wood, stone underfoot. Sunday to Sunday, with the full wellness floor.
